To
support our operations in Indonesia we are seeking highly
qualified candidates for the following positions:

1. SVC
SUPERVISOR
Coiled Tubing (Code: SSCT); Cementing (Code:
SSCM); Frac Acid (Code: SSFA) - Balikpapan

Promotes
excellent customer relations at the work site. Plans and
performs necessary calculations for the total job at the well
site as needed. Coordinates and directs the activities of
subordinate supervisors, service operators and operator
assistants during the equipment rig up and rig down on a
location and the preparation of equipment for performing a job.
Provides planning necessary for the job including instructions
to the crew and dispute resolutions to approved levels. Ensures
customer satisfaction with jobs performed. As needed, may
perform data collection and data distribution on jobs.
Coordinates the clean up, repair, and preparation of equipment
for the next job. Providing On the-job skills development to
enhance job performance. Promotes safety awareness and
environmental consciousness. Ensure compliance of HSE
standards, and Halliburton Quality Management
System.

Requirements:
1. Completion of D3 or similar
is minimum requirement. A relevant third level, education is an
advantage.
2. Minimum 7 years of relevant experience is a
must.
3. Must possess exceptional skills within the service
line and have a general understanding of other service
functions.
4. Possesses the ability to understand Well Bore
schematic, analyze computer programs and operational
procedures.
5. Possesses supervisory skill in leading and
directing crew members.
6. Basic computer skills are
preferred.
7. Possesses good communication and negotiating
skills

2. SVC OPERATOR
Coiled Tubing (Code: SSCT),
Cementing (Code SSCM); Frac Acid (Code SSFA) -
Balikpapan

Promote excellent customer relations at the
work site. Promotes improvements and best practices for the
delivery of services. Ensure compliance with Company’s
management and HSE standards. Responsible for the rig up and
rig down of equipment on site. Perform pre-job equipment
function checks. Responsible for materials preparation and
quality control. Hold Pre and Post job safety meetings.
Operates service equipment, Management of the chemical
inventory. Coordinate the clean up, repair, and preparation of
equipment for the next job. Utilize real-time data under
dynamic job conditions. Play an active role in job planning and
preparation.

Requirements:
1. Minimum high School
graduates. A relevant third level education is advantageous.
2.
Minimum 5 years of exposure in oilfield services with relevant
experience.
3. Possesses exceptional skills within the
service line.
4. Has a general understanding of other
service functions and will demonstrate and promote safety
awareness and environmental consciousness while also playing an
active role in quality improvement process.
5. Basic
computer skills are preferred.
6. Possesses supervisory
skill in leading and directing crew members is
preferred.
