a.. Min. Bachelor Degree in any major from reputable university (prefereble from Psychology/Legal)
b.. Min. 29 years old
c.. Min. 5 years experienced in Human Resource Generalist & General Affairs (preferable in Manafacturing/ Pharmacies industries)
d.. Have knowledge and skill in Human resoursces Strategy, System and Policy (Recruitment, Personnel Adm., Payroll & Benefit, Training & Development, Industrial & Employee Relation and General Affairs)
e.. Computer literate
f.. Fluent in English both oral and written
g.. Have a high integrity, analytycal thinking, persistence, communicative, persuasive, Drive for result, trustworthy and able to work individualy and team
h.. To be place in Jatake (Tangerang)
