HR Staff - (Industrial Relation & Recrutment)

Key focus of this position will be handle daily activity of HR Operation and execution especially at recruitment, industrial & government relation.

The work covers : handle HR activity implementation at field operation and give opinion regarding HR activity. Especially having experiences at employee & industrial relation.

Selected candidate for this position will be work as HR Team member at Factory (Cibitung, Bekasi) and especially concern to responsible for Employee & Industrial Relation activities. Work 6 day a week, get canteen, insurance and company bus transportation facilities.

Basic Requirements

* Male
* Minimum education is Bachelor Degree of Law, Psychology or Administration from reputable university/institut e
* max. 27 years old
* preferable 1-3 years at manufacture industry
* Knowledge about government regulation, employee relation & dispute.
* Active in English both written & oral
