Sales Marketing Director

Principal Accountabilities:

§ Lead and direct the sales and marketing management of the
company in Indonesia to ensure the achievement of annual volume, market
share, profit, and to the business continuity long-term sustainability.

§ Overseas the preparation of the annual marketing budget and
sales objectives for all products/ all market segments (foods and
non-foods).

§ Coordinate and direct the Sales Managers and Marketing
Managers programs and activities to ensure the successful delivery of
packaging materials in line with customer specification in terms of
quality requirements, delivery schedule, technical support/ solutions to
ensure customer satisfaction.

§ Build an image of "Excellent Customer Service" and
`The Preferred Supplier".

§ Work with Operations/ Manufacturing Management/ Quality
Assurance/ Quality Control, R & D Technical Service to ensure that our
product maintains its leadership in terms of quality and reliability,
cost efficiency and technical service.

§ Maintain effective communication with all internal and
external support personnel to ensure their individual commitment to the
achievement of business objectives.

§ Develop a steady long term relationship with the customers
focused on both short term and long term targets, strong customer
service orientation.

Requirements & Qualification.

§ This position requires a broad base of functional knowledge
and experience. Hands-on experience as Sales and Marketing Director of
MNC Packaging (flexible packaging, rigid packaging) or other raw
materials such as chemicals.

§ Indonesian, Male/ Female, aged 38-45. Minimum S- 1 Degree
in Chemical Engineering or other Management Studies. At least 15 years
deep MNC experience in packaging/ chemicals/ industrial products
manufacturing industry with at least 500 employees. Has been in Sales
and Marketing Director position for the last 2-3 years with large MNC
manufacturing company.

§ Strong track record of sales and marketing achievements in
packaging/ raw materials/ other type of industrial products.

§ Ability to communicate in English fluently (spoken/
written). Knowledge of Mandarin is a great advantage.

§ A high caliber individual with strong leadership ability.
Excellent knowledge about business process for industrial products
(selling packaging or other raw materials to customers / end users).
