PT Bakrie Telecom, Tbk is a fast growing telecommunication company, known with its products such as Esia, Wifone and Wimode, is seeking high qualified candidates for position:

Network Planning (Data & Access Technologies) (Manager)

JOB DESCRIPTION :
* Planning of Access network technologies including wireless data and transmission
* Annual Budget preparation for network based on AOP

* Business case for new roll out/areas/towns from NW Perspective
* Evaluate the new technologies in the access, transmission (Optical & MW),Wireless data trough RFP/RFQ Process
* Price / performance evaluation
* Planning of new technologies/products trails
* Coordination with various Crossfunctional teams such as sales and marketing, procurement, engineering teams etc.

REQUIREMENTS:

* Male or Female, Above 26 years old
* Minimum Bachelor degree of Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering from reputable University
* Have 5-7 years experience in access data and transmission network, network budget and price performance evaluation, Generation of RFP and Vendor Evaluation (Preferably from Telecommunication Industry)
* Familiar with access technologies, wireless technologies and network products
* Have basic transmission,access (Wireless & Wireline) & networkingwith Layer-3 trainings from vendors in past experience
* Excellent with Computer skills ( Windows, MS Project,Excel Programming)
* Good communication skill, Creative and Innovative
* Fluent in English (Both written and oral )
* Willing to work under Pressure
