1. Process Compliance Staff
Job Function:

* Put all effort to make company comply to SOX and pass audit

* Ensure that the work is completed within the timeline

* Perform SOX documentation for major processes in the company

* Perform the walkthrough and testing for the company’s major processes and control

* Prepare report on gaps from the standard control and potential risk with suggested solution

* Work with and facilitate the process owner to develop the remediation plan

* Monitor and follow up the remediation progress

* Update documentation and ensure that the process are accurate on a quarter basis and after remediation

Requirements:

1) Education:

* Bachelor degree in Accounting or related field

2) Experience:

* 2-3 years in consulting firm and in telecom industry

3) Human Competency:

* Communication skills

* Interpersonal skills

* Determined and not compromise to the non-compliance action but must be realistic

* Able to work independently

* Have a systematical mind-set and problem solving skills

* Self motivated, team work oriented, mature and able to work under tight schedules

4)Technical Competency:

* Excellent English proficiency (verbal and written)

2. Change and Configuration Management Manager

Job Function:

* To monitor and to manage outsourced Core & Access Network element to ensure commitment on KPI/SLA

* Responsible for accepting and operate of completed delivery projects into operating Core & Access Network Environment

* Manage, operate and review third party agreement between HCPT, MS vendor and Other Operator for both Domestic and International partner

* Monitoring provisioning, backup process and security management of outsourced managed service vendor

Requirements:

1) Education:

* Bachelor in Engineering or other technical fields

2) Experience:

* 5 years working experience, specifically has been working in Telco industry

3) Human Competency:

* Accountability & Leadership

* Excellent Interpersonal and Communication Skills

* Proactive

* Critical analytical skill

* Strong team working capability

* Ability to apply common sense and to reach consensus solutions

4)Technical Competency:

* High level knowledge of key telecom and IT systems, in particular core & access network

* Knowledge of key financial and accounting principles

5) Generic Competency:

* Computer literacy & English proficiency (verbal and written)
