* 5 years experience in organizational analysis, design and change management

Roles and Responsibilities :
* Review organization design & structure in order to increase its effectiveness to reach business objective
* Implement Performance Management system for all employees and to make sure all process will be done accurately and timely
* To manage talent management program for permanent employee
* To develop career structure guideline in order to increase productivity and growth of people
