The position will be based in Jakarta with frequent travel to provincial and districts levels within the country. The consultant will be responsible to :

* Conduct an in depth assessment of the designated Implementing Partner’s financial management capacity and review funds flow, staffing, accounting policies and procedures, internal audit, external audit, reporting and monitoring and information systems in accordance and guidance of the booklet “Framework for Cash transfers to Implementing Partners” and other UNICEF instructions.
* Prepare the assessment reports and any other documents deemed necessary for the monitoring of the financial capacity of the partners
* Propose appropriate procedure for the provision of cash transfer to address the findings and risks management
* Based on the findings of the micro assessment, propose the assurance activities to monitor implementing partners’ internal controls to cash transfer (eg frequency and coverage of the assurance activities)

3. SITE MANAGER (SM)
Qualification:

Bachelor degree in Civil, Mechanical Engineering.
• Having
experience, min. 6 years in Industrial/ Oil & Gas Project.

Possess knowledge of Site Management.
4. QA/QC ENGINEER
(QE)
Qualification:
• Bachelor degree in Civil or
Mechanical Engineering.
• Having experience, min. 6 years in
Industrial/ Oil & Gas Project.
• Having extensive
experience in adopting procedures.
5. SENIOR C/S ENGINEER
(SCE)
Qualification:
• Bachelor degree in Civil/
Structure Engineering.
• Having experience, min. 6 years in
Engineering of Industrial/ Oil & Gas Project.
6. PROJECT
C/S ENGINEER (PE)
Qualification:
• Bachelor degree in
Civil and Structure Engineering.
• Having experience, min. 3
years in Industrial/ Oil & Gas Project.
7. CAD OPERATOR
(Civil/ Structure, Architect, Mechanical/Electrical)
(CAD)
Qualification:
• STM or Equivalent (Auto Cad R
14/2005).
• 3 Years experience in CAD of each decipline.
8.
MECHANICAL/ ELECTRICAL ENGINEER (ME)
Qualification:
•
Bachelor degree in Electrical/ Instrument/ Mechanical/ Piping.
•
Having experience, min. 5 years on VHF AM Radio System, LAN/ DATA
Network, Access Control System, HVAC, Plumbing, Fine Fighting,
Telephone System in Engineering of Industrial/ Oil & Gas
Project.
General Requirement:
• All the above
positions must be posseses computer literacy, ability in English both
speaking and writing, and willing to work in East Kalimantan.
•
Well comprehend with Codes and International Standards.
